Ultranet: Start of meetings in Industrial Districts to support innovation and energy transition

Ultranet, with its strategically positioned fiber optic network in Italy, continues to invest in its Development Plan within Industrial Districts, providing a dedicated infrastructure to support business clients and promote digital and energy transition.

To strengthen its relationship with Local Public Administrations and the companies it serves, Ultranet has organized a series of meetings within Industrial Districts. These events offer an opportunity to reinforce ties with local communities while discussing key topics such as innovation, sustainability, and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

The first meeting took place in the Lallio (BG) Industrial District, focusing on:

• The development of renewable energy sources, particularly photovoltaics.
• The establishment of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) to promote a shared and sustainable approach to energy production and consumption.

Through these initiatives, Ultranet reaffirms its role as a technological and infrastructural enabler, positioning itself at the heart of the transformations needed for a more innovative and sustainable future.
